Mike is an Industrial Engineering graduate from the University of Michigan Ann Arbor. Since moving to Chicago in 2012, he’s been working as a process improvement consultant. Growing up as the oldest of 4 kids (3 little sisters), Mike has naturally embraced the role of a mentor his whole life via multiple avenues, ultimately leading him to joining ICE as a mentor in late 2015 then becoming the program Director in early 2017. He’s always had his own mentors and is passionate about the impact knowledge sharing has on others whether it’s from the mentor to the mentee or vice versa.

Fun Fact: Mike was born in Detroit but was raised in Amherstburg, Ontario, Canada where all of his pre-college schooling was taught in French.
